Once he was done he told me everything was good and my taxes were submitted. After 5 days I checked the status and noticed it said they were still working in them. I called back to see what was going on and the guy said he don't know what happened and he needed time to figure it out. Here we are 9 days later and all he can tell me is that there was a glitch and he would have someone fix it. I'll NEVER use H&R Block again. I'll let a blind rabbit do my taxes before I go back there.

We made an appointment for help with filing our taxes last year (2016). Even with an appointment we…read morestill waited over half an hour to meet with the guy we had the appointment with. Then, this year (2017) we noticed that the forms he sent home with us after filing them was missing pages, so we couldn't file this years without them. We called and was told they would reprint them for us. The guy who handled them last year was still there, but with a client and would have them ready by the time they closed (we called around 3:30pm, they close at 6pm). We got there at 5:30pm. Forms had not been printed, the guy was with another client. There were 2 other employees there, and yet no one else offered to print them off for us. So we sat there for over an hour (after they closed) waiting for him to finish. My first thought is maybe he had to be the one that prints them? But what if he was no longer employed there? Would they not be available to us if he was not working there anymore? In my opinion, they are incredibly slow. Sure, every persons tax return is different. So why offer appointments an hour apart if that's the case?

Had 2021 taxes done & charged wayyyy more than previous years. Never in a timely or business fashion contact or respond back to any of my inquiries regarding any of my tax returns. Then the bootleg tax accountant April going to say I still owe for 2020 returns but I have documents stating my balance for that year is $0 & then on our call she even said no charge for that year. But when I start asking ?s and checking her on her stuff, then say I still have a $300 something balance. Oh no cuz I have documentation that says otherwise. & Keep in mind they never contacted regarding the processing of my 2021 tax return I had to go on the IRS website to find out my return been process & direct deposited in an account that wasn't mine A MONTH AGO. So no I don't recommend them to anyone.
