The owner there did my taxes for a few years and in 2016 he failed to file documents and now I am…read morefacing a civil penalty with a couple thousand dollars, I asked him to help with the situation but he is never available to meet and take care of the problem sent him an email asking if he would to which he never even responded. Now its time to take legal action because on top of it all I was not even aware of the problem until I got a letter from the IRS with the civil penalty. He knew about the problem failed to tell me about it forged my signature and got a Power of Attorney which I never agreed or signed for and now will not make things right. I would advise to go somewhere else where they value as a customer and be very careful about his practices.

My husband and I had a bad experience and wanted to let others know. That's what this website is about. Yet it feels like ATS had people sign up for Yelp just to harass me. An employee was rude to me and I let Yelp users know. It doesn't give anyone the right to harass me for my opinion. My last review was removed because I wasn't specific enough, so if anyone was wondering what my problem was with the customer service here, I'll make it clear. I mistakenly pulled into a parking space that a person was about to pull into (I did not see them), and was yelled at by two people: a man with gold teeth who came out of this business door, and the woman driving the vehicle who said this was her business. They could've easily let it go and parked right next to me, or, if it was really that important, they could've been nice about it by saying something like "do you mind moving? I was just about to park there." Instead, the woman who said she was the business owner decided to raise her voice and say "BUT YOU SEEN ME ABOUT TO BACK UP IN THERE. YOU NEED TO MOVE." In reality, if I saw her, I would've easily gone to one of the OPEN spaces on either side of "her space." I would've avoided causing an issue, especially when both spaces on either side were empty. I went to get my taxes done, but was completely appalled by the supposed owner's way of handling something so petty that I didn't even bother to try with them after that.
