All joking aside- I felt like I was able to ask "dumb" questions about certain tax situations and get an educated and helpful answer. I'd totally go back and use their services again because this was the least stressful tax season has ever been. I generally do it myself and end up pretty annoyed by the end of it. The office is located out north and you can set up a consultation anytime to better predict and plan for your needs. I believe the services are more affordable if you go in the "off season" (aka not March/April).

Little did this miserable woman know, but there were some major life events that prevented my Husband and I from being able to get our taxes done.
