There were no lapses in our coverage and we told him we could prove that wasn't correct. After providing our proof of continuous insurance, the Sr. Sales Associate did not provide us with our requested auto insurance policy quote. We received no reply from the Sr. Sales Associate, so I decided to contact the agent who is responsible for this location, on the Allstate site by way of email message. That was approximately a month ago and neither my wife or myself have yet to hear back of either the Sr. Sales Associate or the agent who represents this office. Consequently, we are no longer interested in doing business with Allstate now. Our goal is to bring this to Allstate's attention. My wife and I believe this disregard for customer service probably isn't acceptable to the standards of Allstate. If this doesn't represent how Allstate normally conducts their business, please let us know. Most importantly, we would like a reply from Allstate Corporate Headquarters regarding the poor customer service that we received. Thank you

I do NOT recommend this place for your tax return needs…read more They used the wrong account information for our direct deposit even though we told them more than once that the bank account they had on file was no longer active. We even opted for the quick return so we could have our return in about a week, now we have to wait for the bank to reject the deposit, return the money to the IRS, and have the IRS mail us a paper check. What should have been a week is now going to take an extremely long time, this is money we were depending on. When we brought this error to their attention they had a "oh well" attitude, I understand nothing can be done but even the slightest bit of sympathy for them Fing up my finances for the foreseeable future would have been nice. Just absolutely no effort to right the wrong from them. If you feel like waiting extra extra long for your tax return this is the place to use!

My father was financially active until his death and had a lot of accounts, investments, unpaid bills and revenue streams. Max quoted me a fixed price and prepared all returns and other tax documents accurately and quickly and within the agreed-to price, which was very reasonable. He was able to give me excellent advice whenever questions arose. Even though I live 200 miles away in another state, he was willing to work with me over the phone and we managed all the back and forth of the paperwork via email or by mail.
