What is confusing to me is that he is a business. If he doesn't care about his business or its customers, why bother opening each day. I went elsewhere and took care of what I needed.

They are all very personable, educated, knowledgeable men. They talk to you like we are old friends or family,they give you the peace of mind that everything is going to be ok where your car and home are concerned. We had our insurance money stolen from this company. The owner Michael Breitenbach was hired as our…read moreadjuster. Our insurance company issued 3 checks both in the business name and homeowners. He forged my name on the checks , cashed them and kept all of the money. Almost $14,000. He told us that he already paid a company to replace our roof and we could not get our money back. We still have no new roof almost a year later and have not seen a dime. Our roof is also leaking and we cannot afford to fix it without the insurance money. We had to involve the Attorney generals office and the District attorneys office and I had my insurance company reach out to him to which he did not respond. He also started threatening me and my family when I filed against him to get my money released. we had to file a police report. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THIS ADJUSTER.
