I brought one kid in here for some serious issues and one of the doctors literally told us to have her drink more water. Brought her back in 2 days later because the pain is worsening. Tests, X-rays , what could bes was Thursday morning. I called Friday and followed up saying they'd call me back after hours. Just to find out blood work wasn't back in until Monday. Here we are Monday and no one has called me back to talk about our results. It's awesome because you call to follow up and they are closed so it's a catch 22. I'll be moving pediatricians after I collect both my kids files and move on to somewhere who has much better bedside manners, communications, and online profiles where I can access my kids bloodwork instead of wondering all weekend if she's diabetic! For the amount of doctors and receptionist this place has youd think they be on it, but they are by far so disorganized and no one seems to know anything or actually care. I followed up about X-rays (that to me seemed urgent for our daughter) and the receptionist said "well I'm still going through yesterdays faxes so I have to catch up" and I said "okay I mean if the results are urgent they'd call you right? Like you can't miss that?" She replied, "like I said I'm still going through yesterdays faxes.."
