As another reviewer indicated almost five years ago, they will harass you to no end for an email address at checkout. During a recent visit, the cashier I photographed was so insistent and persistent, that we had to leave the item on the counter and walk out. We couldn't just purchase something. The cashier demanded we give our email address. Saying "no" once, twice or twenty times won't matter. It's harassment! I am happy to report that Justin and Leo were on duty today along with their amazing Male manager. I-didn't get his name collectively they were amazing - from my entrance to departure. so now I know that I need to do to break these boots in - for about 4-5 wears- i purchased at their suggestion the substance to soften the leather and as a result, I left a satisfied customer All organizations should be aware that this is the difference between good customer service, and people who are just phoning it in good job, Justin and Leo well done.
