I called the offices of Lieber and Lieber and the call was picked up by what I believe might have been Barbie herself or one of her people. The greeting was: "hello?" No mention whatsoever that I had called the offices of Lieber and Lieber. Even before I was able to explain anything to her, I was asked how much the claim was for and when I told her the amount, these were her words: "I cost $335.00 an hour, I can't help you, sorry" I was not even given an opportunity to explain my case or speak to anyone long enough to see this "stress free consultation" they so proudly advertise on their website. Not only does their website show "Stress Free Bankruptcy. Call Now for Free Consultation." but it is highlighted in big bold letters and in a golden medal. I was appalled at the way I was treated. This company should be ashamed at he way they treat potential clients REGARDLESS of whether they can afford you or not. Don't false advertise Barbie; take the time to maybe hire someone who will answer the phone in a more respectful way. I would have rather been told that you were not in the office than having to have dealt with the humiliation your company doled out. I will never refer anyone to you and if I hear your company's name come out of someone's mouth, rest assured that I will tell them all about this unpleasant experience. read more

I must admit this was one of the hardest things I ever had to do.
