The guy there was friendly to help us with the selection. He even offered samples from whatever cheese you wanna try. Of course you can't be ridiculous. He recommended plain Gouda without any herbs and spice because that's the best way to taste the cheese, but I'm not really a purist and I ended up falling in love with their fenugreek (medium aged) Gouda. Omg so good, nutty, creamy and tastes a bit like coffee! I have never seen fenugreek Gouda in the US so this is definitely one of a kind. Have a cheesy day!
