My first time going & the service was too tier. Menu was easy to navigate and the food was made quickly. The taste was definitely worth it. This truck is a neighborhood favorite in Calumet City. They bank on their good food and their personalities. I've eaten their shrimp tacos, pork and steak tortas, but my "go to" food that I'll vouch for are their burritos. I'll generally purchase the steak burrito suiza, and I can never complain about how tasty they are, no matter what cook is on the grill any particular day. First of all, the steak is lean and seasoned nicely. I do not like pulling pieces of fat out of my mouth. They also do not load them with rice or beans as fillers. I have one in my photos from a quiet weekend visit that was 98% steak and was massive! I don't expect that to happen often, but maaannnn, I did not do any of that "I'll eat half now and finish the other half later" stuff. I unsnapped my jeans and went to work. By the way, they're fast unless you have a huge order, but they'll tell accurate times, which is usually 10-15 minutes. I call in my orders. read more

GHOSTED our company on a very important day hours before our event. They did not even have the decency to call and let us know they were not coming, we had to call them. I don't really like food trucks cus they gross me out but this one right here you gotta try. Everything was super fresh, I feel like I always have to go to the city for some hit or miss tacos but this place right here will have you thinking about it until you're able to go back! I accidentally ran into this taco truck last summer and have been supporting them since. I ALWAYS order three shrimp tacos with slices of avocado on the side with corn tortillas. I love love their seasoning for these tacos. read more

My only regret is that I didn't try this early on! I finally decided to try it last week and I've had it 3 times since. And I live about 20 minutes away. Tortillas are extremely fresh, steak tacos are seasoned perfectly and you literally get so much steak on each taco!!
