I don't even know how to begin. I've been going back and forth with myself on this. This church covers up so much & they have been doing so for many years before I got there. I'm not speaking out of hurt. I'm not speaking out of anger. I want to choose my words wisely. I kept asking myself, "why say anything at all?""Why not just move on with my life?"... God wants all His people to repent! You can't KNOW the wrong that people do & not say anything about it! You can't just turn a blind eye. How can some people know the things they know and choose to stay!? We will all have to answer to God one day! This church needs to be exposed and shut down.
You can't stay in a place that runs by manipulation. Bullying, slander, false prophets, witchcraft, intimidation, racism, excommunication, spreading rumors of good people to make them look better. Pastors who clearly don't care for the people or even LIKE people. Who are you pastoring if notGod's people!?The word Pastor is not just a noun... it's a VERB. A pastor PASTORS GOD'S PEOPEL!! The 3 Pastors that actually pastored aren't there anymore. They were pushed out.
From what I've seen and heard, if you're on staff, you aren't allowed to associate with anyone once they have left or gotten fired. If you are seen with them, you are called into the office the next day. If you post a photo, you're in trouble. If you even like a post they made, you are reprimanded. You aren't allowed to have lunch with them or except an invitation to their house. You are supposed to completely cut them off. These are other believers in Christ. Where does it say we are to stop fellowshipping with other believers because they don't go to your church? Aren't we all apart of ONE body? If you left or got fired, you are not allowed to go to church there. They will stop you at your car or ask you to leave if you are able to make it in the building. That sounds a little cultish to me.
Covering up inappropriate behavior with minors from two former pastors. The church knew about it, but did NOTHING??! Now they are at some other church. Hope your not dropping your kids off to THAT church next! All these things need to be exposed. How come no one hasn't said anything about this!? Even if the police can't or won't do anything about it, wouldn't you want to know if a church covered this up???! Once I heard this, I couldn't just keep silent about it. I'm actually ashamed it's taken me this long to say anything about this.
If you don't become their Yes Man, they will target you. If they feel threatened by you, they target you. If they're intimidated by you, they target you. If the people like you too much, they target you. If you are really led by Holy Spirit, pray, or carry a true gift from the Lord, they target you.
Even though the fruit of one's love & relationship with students & families is very evident, they will say & do anything to try to give ANOTHER reason for it or try to dismiss it (like spreading false rumors).
They've fired people who have strong discernment from the Lord in fear they might say something (finance, children's, media). They look very great on the outside, but the inside is rotten & disturbing. There's so much. But again, if I tell exact scenarios of people's stories, am I just speaking out of my emotions? Oh, how I would love to openly air out some laundry of a certain family at the church. And there's a LOT. They haven't considered other families when spreading recent lies. And the things they have done & said are TRULY beyond hurtful. And worse, using their kids to say it.
All the wrong just needs to be exposed. WHY ARE WE ALL SO SCARED? And in all this, not just in the time I been there, but many many years before, with new pastors & execs coming & going, there is one common denominator. I think now they finally might just have their dream team with the current execs & newest pastor on staff.
All of this is very bold for me to say. I understand many would be upset with me for saying these things. I haven't said anything that I don't know to be FACTS. Please, don't make man your God. People will let you down. Set your eyes on God and don't put anything or anyone above Him.
And yes I know this review will get a lot of hate. The lead pastors will do something to cover it up or discredit this. They will preach about it in their next sermon series. They will make everyone else look like the bad guy & call it an attack from satan. "It's because we're close to revival!", they will say in their next message. Or "We're the remnant!", or "God's cleaning up house!" They are good at using the messages to keep things in their favor and keep them in good light. But again, EVERYTHING I've said is TRUE! I have not said anything false. Revival won't come without repentance first! There's so much more I want to say, but I've maxed out the characters on this review. God Bless & help us all. read more
