I submitted my claim to my insurance company. The customer service is below par. but what really gets me is their adjuster Ashley Pieren very lackadaisical she has yet to call me and give any information about my claim. It's pretty simple my car was parked I was not in it. The at fault driver admitted to hitting my car. I'm disabled with a myriad of ailments and really need my car. I made myself very clear to the General it's now July 21st I finally got Ashley today. oh and I didn't mention I received a letter from my insurance company stating they would not be paying storage fees for my car. But yet they didnt even call the garage where my car is supposed to be fixed. Bottom line is I want my car repaired now not tomorrow. and don't trust this company for auto insurance.
