Umm yeah! In April 2026 I wrote an email to Amy and her team that stated waiting in queue during tax season is reasonable but it was unacceptable to reach June and still nothing has been done. I explained you are a service. I called to inquire, Amy accepted the work, and then you put company's at risk by doing nothing? I just don't get it. What they do seem to excel at is clerical errors - from getting my social security number incorrect to using the wrong home address. I did not have luck getting them to return phone calls and when they did, whoever I was speaking to was very quick to blame errors on someone else in their office.
