The staff working there were also really nice, especially the one helping us out. I forgot to catch his name, but you'll probably spot him in one of the pictures. He was super sweet and helped us decide what drinks to get. All of my dogs really enjoyed it too. I didn't ask, but I do wish they had some kind of dog menu so they could enjoy something too. They do have cold water for the dogs though, which was really nice. It was pretty hot when we went, but they had fans going all around, and if you want, they also have indoor seating. Overall, it's just a really vibey place and I always enjoy coming here.

But boy, did they walk into a situation that really required 2 to 3 food trucks, and they were the only one... The line was long and the wait was longer, but I can't really fault them for that. Witherspoon had a bigger than expected crowd that evening, with some live music and a couple of events (including a Match.com event - that made for some fun people watching). Apparently BMB was told earlier that day that a large crowd could materialize, so they didn't really have time to buy extra food or prep much. But they kept smiling and were nice about it, and everyone went with the flow and it was fine. By the time we finally got our food (made to order for sure - took a while), we were starving. I got the burger (the brisket on a biscuit had run out) and my wife got the special (which I'm blanking on). Both were very tasty. The burger was maybe just a *tad* overdone and the patty wasn't big, but serving it on a biscuit-style bun with some yummy sauce made for a good, hefty sammich. With a side of fries that we shared - which were excellent - it was plenty of food. Value was pretty good, too, particularly for a food truck. I don't think I'd go as far as calling it gourmet like some people have, but it was good and were satisfied. I'd totally order food from the BMB truck again. I will say there is ample parking in the Valero parking lot, and the service was good. The carnitas were okay. The beans were just okay and that's not good. Beans are important! They pull the burrito's flavors together or not. The hot sauce was just okay too, which left the tortilla. Now THAT was the best part! The tortilla seemed homemade, plump, and had a good flavor. The agua de limón tasted like a powdered lemonade. I paid $15 for just the burrito and the drink. You can get a steak bowl at Chipotle for $11, have a variety of options, and sit in a cool restaurant. I don't mind sitting in my car if it is a great eating experience. I may give their tacos a try another time, but I did request barbacoa, yet they said they were out. That was at noon. For now, this is a "no" for an $11 burrito.

The have 4 salsa verdes (although the spicy might be red?) to choose from for your order, no spice, mild, medium & hot. I stick with no spice and mild (both have incredible flavor) - the medium is too hot for this güera it was definitely tasty though, but I'm gonna stick to things with a little less burn haha. Try one or all of them with your order, they're happy to give you all you want (within reason, of course!) I personally love getting the steak quesadilla ($10.50) and a carnitas taco ($3). Lime, onions & cilantro come with tacos. Jalapeños, onions & cilantro with other entrees, but you can let them know to remove any if you don't want it. Find their Facebook page to keep up with where they are at! They come to my neighborhood about once a month on a weekday, which I love! So why 4 stars instead of 5? For food trucks, I'd give it 4.5 stars, only because I wish they had a one or two more meat options, and I don't like that they do their nachos on those circular yellow chips that come in giant bags, because my go-to thing to try would be nachos, but I just hate those kinds of chips. And of course, because it's a food truck and their expenses are higher, your dollar doesn't get you as much as you could at a chain or fast-casual concept. So that's not something I could justify spending on too regularly, but happy to do it once a month I see them nearby, because it definitely hits the spot and being a small business is tough and being in the restaurant/food industry makes that tougher. They serve any order with sauce the green spicy one and the golden one that has the right kick for me, onions, grilled onions , cilantro and pickled carrots and pepper. The meat are all so flavorful. My husband would get the barbacoa and al pastor in their big quesadilla that has the right mixture of cheese and meat.
