I have read the reviews and decided to give them a try. The one thing that I like about them is that they stay open until 7:00 during the week. Most bakeries close by 5:00. When I arrived I was greeted by a very nice young lady. She was very patient because I was on the phone with my husband naming all of the cupcakes and trying to figure out which ones we should get. I decided to get the Sunday afternoon (strawberry cake topped with strawberry buttercream), black tie affair ( vanilla chocolate cake mixed, topped with chocolate and vanilla buttercream), chocolate cupcake (chocolate cake topped with chocolate buttercream) and Vanilla straight (vanilla cake topped with vanilla buttercream). I was only planning on getting three but the young lady said do you want to get four it is not much more in price. I looked at the menu board and I decided to get the fourth one for about a dollar more. Very thoughtful of her to point it out to me. When I arrived home I tried half of each cupcake so I actually had two cupcakes in total. I really enjoyed the Sunday afternoon but I am use to a more dense cupcake more than a light and airy cupcake. To me a denser cupcake makes for a more homemade taste, just my opinion.
