There are many safety protocols that are clearly taught and enforced, and I never feel nervous about my brother being under the supervision of Courtney, Nick, Amber, or any of the other staff members. Ramblin' Adventure Club provides the perfect amount of structure combined with free play that encourages kids to engage with and learn about the world around them. One of the most unique things about Ramblin' is how personal they make each child's experience. From the moment you sign up, they want to know the ins and outs of each student (whether it be allergies and the fact that they need help remembering to eat, or that their favorite game is minecraft, lol) so that the staff can assess their group and tailor their adventures to the interests and skill levels of their students. She helped us understand many aspects of beginning surfing without making it overwhelming. Our group was at Cowell's Beach and the tide/swell was perfect for a beginner day. There were others in the water with us (not from our class) but Selah was expert at helping us to pick our line. The day couldn't have gone better. For a first-time beginner, I highly recommend this school!

Richie was so awesome, assured me that I could do it and kept encouraging and helping me to catch the waves. I was about to give up after a few tries when I rode my first one. I didn't expect that on my first lesson, as I never swim in the ocean before so it has been a euphoric experience. Still smiling when I think about it. Thank you Richie for making my dream come true! Definitely will get a lesson from Richie again if I'm in the area again.

We checked out UCSC during our Spring Break. Beautiful campus with a lot of hiking in the school area. The campus was huge! My cousin's son gave us a thorough school tour coz he's studying there. We also saw Cherry Blossoms on the campus a few weeks ago.

I had to cancel my camp reservation due to unforeseen circumstances and I decided to give him a call. I hear a lot of things from him along with store credit and send me an email. I sent him an email and never received a reply. I call him again after a week and he doesn't remember anything so I go through the whole situation again. He tells me to wait again. Then I message him the next day that I need a reply soon, that's when he texts me and says that there is no refund after 30 days and he can only give me store credit for future camps (I had emailed him 20 days prior). I send him the screen shot of his refund policy and tell him that he is contradicting it, that's when he tells me I have the old policy and after looking at it he'll return me 50%. I was just surprised and asked him what he meant by the old policy because I had just booked the camp in May and cancelling in June, to which he doesn't reply anything. Being a busy mom, it was a hassle to talk to this guy Rob especially because he doesn't care for others time and doesn't even care to reply back most of the time. I caution other parents to be wary of dealing with this guy Rob , as his priority seems to be extracting money rather than providing quality experience to people sending their kids to the camp. I am happy not to be sending my son under his guidance for anything after this experience. God knows he would be teaching the kids how to cheat and lie to your parents as well.

As a life-long runner, I have no flexibility at all and didn't know how I'd fit in with all the graceful aerialists I saw online but it just looked like so much fun and I wanted a way to shake up my fitness routine! The community at RMF has been so inclusive and welcoming of myself and everyone I've seen come through the doors over the years. Learning aerials has allowed me to feel strong and confident in a way I never had before while having a ton of fun in a great space. All the coaches are great, patient, kind, and put safety first in everything they do.
