I've never felt so relaxed and my stiffness is almost non existent. I've enjoyed the massages and this facility so much that I signed up for a membership, and I'm still a member 7 months later! Tess worked out all my knots within 4 sessions, so now I only have to go once every month. Tess is so nice and accommodating too; I was sensitive to noise levels and didn't like the music that was playing, and I asked her to change it and she did with no issues. I felt comfortable asking her and she had no issue complying with my requests. She's so easy to talk with! Lisa was assigned to me and was quiet but very nice. She led me to the massage room and worked my back like a heavyweight. I really needed that.
