Anthony corrected my form and punches multiple times which was very needed as I got lost and didn't really understand how to do the 6 punches properly They have Lockers you can use. And also water fountains. You can rent both the gloves and wraps for $12 each. You get to keep the wraps and they are reusable and washable. They have some cardio and weightlifting equipment.
