The second floor is stacked with machines and treadmills and anything you could possibly need for a good workout. There's also an indoor basketball court and pickleball courts and an outdoor pool. Definitely play pickleball during work hours if you're off, because we went at 7 pm and it was packed because everyone had gotten off work. But, when we were there at 4:30-5 pm, it was pretty empty.

There was seating for the spectators that didn't get in. Life time provided the life vests and a lifeguard for the party. Each kid had to have a guardian in the water which was not a problem. The two young adults helping us made sure to take care of everything. They helped us set up, passed out pizza and cleaned up the decorations when we went to the pool. They had all the gifts and stuff packed up on a cart and helped us take it outside. Great place for a kids pool party.

There were 2 trainers. Both are very friendly and laid-back. Anthony corrected my form and punches multiple times which was very needed as I got lost and didn't really understand how to do the 6 punches properly They have Lockers you can use. And also water fountains. You can rent both the gloves and wraps for $12 each. You get to keep the wraps and they are reusable and washable. They have some cardio and weightlifting equipment.

Finally price, if you get the black card it's about $25/month but it gives you access to perks such as massage chairs and bring a guest for free.
