Everyone is greeted and made to feel at home which is awesome. Many different types of companies that are working here and sharing the premises like a big happy family, which is very cool. I came to visit Phillip at Gateway Media and Films here, to have him work on some video footage for me. Phillip is awesome and if you have any podcast, video or film related work you can certainly give him a call at 305-259-6022. I am sure he would I'll take great care of you and he knows what he is doing with 28+ years of experience as well. From what I can tell they have various office spaces available at this VentureX dedicated and shared which is great and very affordable if you don't need a dedicated secure office for your line of work. They have conference rooms and a very cozy shared lounge area that works great if you are visiting with clients and discussing possible business opportunities or internal business meetings. There is also a coffee station, vending machines and microwave station available in the kitchen if you would like some coffee for yourself and your customers. As a customer, Phillip and I have had some nice conversations over a free cup of coffee or a hot latte which is always great. Internet seems to be great in the facility as well, which is a hard requirement nowadays for day to day work activities.
