They do not answer the phone direct. They do not return calls left on their near useless messaging service. They do not respond to text nor to email. They did not respond to direct calls from the Agency Insurance Company rep I had to contact. They did not respond to my employing company for a COI. They essentially do not exist except as a now useless and difficult to get around block between myself, my business, and my insurance policies. Avoid at all costs.

It took all of 3 minutes to complete our transaction. Staff was helpful with all of my questions. Parking was plentiful. Aside from renewing registrations, they offer a bunch of different services such as auto tags, auto insurance, and notary public work. One heads up though, they don't take credit cards, just cash and checks. There's an ATM at the Amish market if you need one and a PNC Bank just beyond that.
