She had to return the hearing aids, so now the company wants her to prove the purchase with a bank statement. They have what are called audit tapes from daily sales and could easily look it up THEMSELVES. My sister went at the same time, but they didn't require HER to pay up front. I've seen people take advantage of the elderly too much & it sickens me. The biggest issue is that they got $2500 from the insurance company and unless they return it, my mother can't get more hearing aids.
