For $275, so far no complaints. Pay attention to your gps, because if you make a wrong turn it will cause an issue. There is adequate parking. There located on the 4th floor, suite 411. Nice waiting area. First you will discuss your concerns with the aesthetician, take pictures, discuss what to expect. Then you go to another room to start the process. Nice room, lay on a bed, and in a matter of minutes it's over. You get a fan for your face. They cleanse your face, and apply the solution. You receive thorough instructions and a care package to manage your skin for the next 7 days. So come through and get ready to peel away all those years.

Absolute worst experience with any doctor I have ever had. I have been going here for about a year,…read morebut recently changed insurance. I visited the office to get a renewal of my medications on October 3rd and prior authorization for a specialty medication. It's now October 30th and my specialty medication has not been called in (let alone filled). Let's start with the office visit. I came with the number for the specialty pharmacy, offered it to the doctor, and was told they didn't need it. Okay, great. I call the pharmacy a couple days later, no prior authorization was received. Cut to me calling Dermatology Associates 8+ times over 4 weeks, the prescription being called into my old pharmacy, no one responding to my calls, and here we are at almost 4 weeks out and my medication still has not been renewed. No apologies, no excuses. Most of the time calling the pharmacy department got no response and I had to call the receptionist to even get anyone to pay attention. I'm now out of my medication and waiting for the severe reaction that always results from that. But, based on the other reviews, doesn't look like I'm alone.

I wanted a more natural solution rather than using the chemicals in Accutane - you have to sign some sort of waiver bc of its potency! Our first appointment gave us so much information about her skin, and how products and diet can impact the health of your skin. They put my daughter on a skin regimen that has taught her the importance of taking care of her face. It seems like a lot of steps at first but it takes less than 2 minutes to complete the steps, and she will have a lifetime of success knowing what products to use. Within the first few weeks we saw a difference in the health of her skin. And with each visit, her skin improved. After six months, her acne was barely noticeable and after a year her skin is so clear that she often gets compliments on it! I am not exaggerating when I say that this has been life changing for her. Not only does her skin look great, but she has learned how to take care of her skin and herself. I am overjoyed!

I had a follow up visit from the prior year after being diagnosed with alopecia and given products for my condition. The PA and I discussed refilling the prescription for the scalp serum Oxopidaxiaqup but I hadn't planned on purchasing it since I still had half a bottle at home. However, my intentions for this appointment was to purchase the growth serum since I was definitely out. Upon check out I told the front desk person Linda that I wanted the growth serum and thought that's what I paid for and was getting. I asked her to make sure "that's the growth serum right?" And she confirmed that it was. I did not check it there or once I got home because why would I if I asked you twice? However, I used the serum once before my vacation thinking that it was the growth serum. When I cam back from vacation and removed the sew in, I wanted to start back using what I thought was the growth serum, but when I really looked at the bottle, I said hmm this looks different. I then called and spoke with the person at the front Linda I think and explained the situation. She informed me that I was given the scalp serum and that they could not return the serum because of the time passed and because it was used. Ok got it but if you would have given me what I asked for then there would've been no need to return it. She then goes on about how the PA put in the order for me to fill the scalp serum which was irrelevant since I had no intentions of purchasing the scalp serum and was emphatically clear about purchasing the growth serum. I even offered to buy the growth serum and we could split the cost especially since it was Socah Center's fault for giving me what they wanted me to have instead of what I asked for. She would not budge so I ask to speak with Lisa and explained everything again. Lisa even said that the person at the front needs to be trained to verify what's being purchased. She said that she would speak with someone else and call me back the next day but didn't. A week passed so I called and ended up speaking with Walter Dennis. He listened and was on board with a resolution even saying that they would just send me the serum at no cost and he would call me the next day to confirm. Well the next day came and went and so has 4 weeks. Every time I call, I get routed to his voicemail. This is ridiculous and I'm very upset at how this company conducts it's business. Sometimes you do things out of good will because it's the right thing to do. But to not even follow up or even stick to your word is appalling and speaks volumes to your level of integrity! Yes, I can purchase the growth serum no problem, but it's the principle and the fact that the person at the front messed up at my expense.

This practice has a lot of great reviews and I want to share my experience in case it helps…read moresomeone. In January 2025 I made an appointment for the earliest new patient appointment, which was in June 2025. I decided to wait for the appointment because I really appreciated the philosophy found on the website and definitely liked the glowing reviews. I had positive interactions with all staff I encountered and the clinic was clean and bright. The provider I met with suspected a new problem/diagnosis and so started a work up with labs and imaging. Clinic staff did follow up with me once labs resulted out and referred me to a specialist. The ordered imaging was performed ~2 weeks after my new patient appt but I never received follow up, from the NP or anyone else at Ponce Primary Care re: the imaging results. It has now been ~3 months since my last communication, specific to my care, with anyone in this office. I decided to reach out to discuss the standard of care, which I felt to be lacking. Dr. Chad Costley did return my call within an hour or so and he did verbalize disappointment with my situation. He assured me that my experience is unfortunately the exception to their typical patient experience. I was informed that the NP I had been assigned to was "only part-time and here less than a month". I did not ever receive any communication from Ponce Primary Care to notify me that my assigned provider was departing or to invite me to call to schedule with another provider for seamless continuity of care. I was told that my imaging results were never sent by the imaging facility I went to and that "this is where the wheels came off". That is absolutely possible but it was also not confirmed to be true at the time of the statement. The report not being in the patient chart does not mean it was never received by the ordering office or sent to the ordering provider. Sometimes things get scanned and assigned incorrectly, or not scanned at all. Lots of possibilities there. To me, that shows a lack of accountability for not holding a supervisory review of a departing provider's caseload/EMR task list and it also fails to consider that an out-of-state fax number associated with the ordering provider could be the problem. I waited 6 months for a new patient appointment and, whatever the circumstances, was lost in the shuffle. I will not be continuing with this practice, although I'm sure they have many satisfied patients as evidenced by their overall rating. My advice if you wish to establish/continue care here: Be able to advocate for yourself and for your own healthcare. Be knowledgeable about when to follow up on your care in case the practice doesn't. If the wait is still 6 months out for a new patient appointment when you try to schedule, do not think an extra special or VIP experience awaits you - realize that they just might be too busy to accept new patients.
