It is never easy dealing with insurance companies and the costs of medications but I always feel like she, her nurse and her office staff are working for me even when I am not in the office. I had to reschedule my appt at the last minute and her office staff were very understanding. She never hurries me or makes me feel like she doesn't want to see me. I like the fact that all tests are run in the building, so there is no running all over town for blood work, X Rays and such.
