I confirmed this with him. Then, I filled out a formal request online. I didn't hear back for nearly two weeks, so I called him. He was busy, and finally, when we spoke, which was only a few days before my procedure, he said he could do it, but the price would be double. For someone without family or friends local and available, this would put them in a very tight spot, because you generally need to secure medical transport 2 weeks prior to procedures, and you can't cancel or reschedule your procedure less than 48 hours before your procedures without being hit with major fees. I promise you the man I spoke with (Ed), knew this. While he was friendly, his actions were inconsistent, and dishonest. Even though I had to put in a lot of info online to formally request their services, I received no online or written quote or confirmation whatsoever, which left me vulnerable. Thankfully, a different option worked out for me. I recommend you try another company.

They were at her home between approximately 2:00 and 2:30 p.m., and I mention that in hopes that both individuals receive the recognition they deserve for their outstanding care and professionalism. They were quick and efficient while also being incredibly careful, checking on her frequently and asking if she was okay each time the chair lift moved. I told him I was still looking for a skilled nursing facility that had availability and he went out of his way to reach out and help contact for me not once but twice.
