If I could leave 0 stars I would. I explained what we needed as far as someone to get my aunt in her wheelchair down a set of gradual stairs and that it was a full-size wheelchair. The person that they sent was physically unable to perform the job and when they tried instead of popping up the front of the chair they just pushed my aunt out the door which caused the front of the wheelchair to drop which almost made my 80 year old aunt fall face forward out of the chair. At that point I told her to stop and I had to get my aunt to the van. Other transports services were going to send out 2 people for around the same price but were all busy on the day I needed the service. So for the same price we got someone that almost cause my aunt to be hurt. Use this company at your own risk. read more

Lifesavers are really are the Lifesavers!! I've called almost about 25 to 30 transportation companies on New Year's Eve day evening time to help me take my grandma home. Lifesavers were the only transportation company that we're not closed early or could not make it. They showed up within less than an hour. They were very professional. They knew what they were doing helping my grandma onto the gurney. They made sure my grandma oxygen tank was on and even at the house. They helped me put the oxygen tank on and asked us if she was breathing OK through the oxygen tank. Very respectful, very professional. I will be definitely be using them again. My husband needed an ambulance drive to Summit Hospital in Oakland. The two drivers arrived on time, were very courteous, and got us safely home two hours later. They let me ride with my husband in the ambulance, which was great. We will defineately call them again when needed. read more

Today was the first time I ever had to use a transport service and I couldn't be happier. My dad was recently placed on hospice and it has made it very difficult to get him out. With covid I was a hesitant to use any public transportation so I found this place. The man I spoke with over the phone was very nice and accommodating being that I called at 9pm and need service by 12noon the next day. Moving forward the day of the transport, the young guy Luay that came to pick up my dad was a total sweetheart !!! very pleasant and caring. He showed up early and we were not quite ready and waited very patiently. The entire ride he talked and made us including my dad feel very comfortable. This company was awesome. We had stairs leading to the front door to transport my mom to the hospital. Upon calling this company, Odi answered the call, gave me the info and I made a reservation for them to pick my mom up. They came right on time, two very friendly gentlemen. They strapped my 92 year old mom in wheelchair and had equipment to ease her down the 16 steps of her house. There were 2 of the family members who were able to ride along with my mom to the hospital. The rate was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Terrible company that over charges patients . They do not charge off of their pricing sheet and adds $50-$100 . Basically they are charging patients extra if they have to travel far to them. Mileage is supposed to be charged for the time the patient is in the wheelchair/gurney Van. Not add on fee's for them getting to the patient. Our family member had a very critical illness occur in 2015 in Atlanta, GA, his mother has been there ever since trying to figure out how to get him back to California since we have no other family members there to assist in his care. After all this time she was able to get through all the business obstacles and get an airline to agree to fly him back. This has been a 2 year 6 month ordeal and we're happy to get him here. I contacted LifeSavers last minute and they came through with flying colors to help our family! They were so professional in helping with travel arrangements from SFO to the hospital. I didn't expect to get the caring service that they provided, but am so, so thankful for them. They were on time in all the traffic and bad weather that we were experiencing and did not rush away until we were comfortable and had everything completed at the hospital before they left.
