Your team met her at her house and helped her safely navigate the stairs using a chair lift. She could not be happier with the kind, professional, and caring team that helped her. There were two gentlemen assisting her--one was named Cameron and one named William. Both were absolutely fantastic. They were at her home between approximately 2:00 and 2:30 p.m., and I mention that in hopes that both individuals receive the recognition they deserve for their outstanding care and professionalism. They made sure my mom felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. They were quick and efficient while also being incredibly careful, checking on her frequently and asking if she was okay each time the chair lift moved. Bay medic was contracted through modivcare to be my mother Isabel Tienda's transportation…read more I'm very happy with their service, they have been so friendly and take care of my mother when she is in their care. My sister Linda (not sure what happened) she lives with our mother and I guess the first morning crew that came she don't really like. When I asked what the issues was she just said they didn't seem very friendly (I wasn't there so I don't know) but then again my sister will pick any little thing about something not to like someone. As long as you're taking care of our mother and good to her (yes please be friendly with the family) but I do understand if someone is not bright eyed and bushy tailed at 5 am. I've never came across anyone who wasn't friendly when I'm there and they drop her off. They're always mentioned how appreciative they are that we have this long white thing that helps carry out mother that we put under the sling. I told my sister to use that so it makes it easier for them to pick up our mom! They always ask us if we need help with anything else after they help out her in her hospital bed. The people who came on Monday helped us turn her in bed and they don't have to do that. They really go above and beyond. I'm happy that they were contacted with my mom because she needs a gurney for now to go to dialysis due to her having a stage 4 pressure ulcer she got from her stay at a rehabilitation and the hospital. The contract ends on the 31st but I hope they are able to pick up another one through modivcare because my mom will still need a gurney. Or if we get another company that has drivers like bay medic I would be fine with that. I didn't even realize they were in concord. I live here in concord and my mother is in Hayward. So when I come down to help take care of her I only see the 2nd crew that comes. I appreciate your drivers and how friendly and helpful they are. Thank you for helping my family and making my mom comfortable while you transport her. Every time you drop her off she always says thank you to the drivers. I appreciate you guys!
