During her hospice time and throughout her stay, they were there for her when I couldn't be, providing not just medical care but genuine warmth and kindness. The activities staff were simply amazing, always including her in their projects and making sure she never missed bingo. In the beginning, the occupational therapy staff worked tirelessly to help her maintain her independence for as long as possible. Every department worked together seamlessly, creating an environment where my mom felt safe, valued, and loved. Kira and Patricia, your leadership sets the tone for everything that happens at Eagle Ridge. Through every challenge my mom endured, you ensured she was comfortable and happy. The admiration I have for you and your entire team will last a lifetime. I don't know how to fully put into words the thoughtfulness and lasting memories I will carry with me--watching your staff care for my mom with such dignity and kindness through all the trials of aging. My discharge paperwork had inaccuracies and when I asked the lady who came to discharge me, she was really rude. I regret going there and cried in the taxi on the way home. Next time I will go to Community Hospital. They are much better.

His sister had just been diagnosed with MS and his mother had it and was worried as some of the symtoms he had were signs of MS. He went to several doctor's and Nuerologist's and had MRI's done on his spine and brain, but they all came back clear. Aaron's pain had worsened, and he didn't want to see a typical Chiropractor to crack his back. He researched the internet on the different types of chiropractic care and found Dr. Andrea. After speaking with her over the phone, he had to meet her. My husband had many issues with his back from boxing, car accidents and riding motorcyles. He had what she called "Military Neck" from keeping his chin down for boxing. After seeing Dr. Andrea his pain completely ceased in about 4 months. He went frequently at first, but his adjustments were holding well and he was feeling better so now they are not as frequent. I also began seeing Dr. Andrea while pregnant with my son. I had alot of back pain with that pregnancy and my pelvic was not aligned properly. Her adjustments helped my pain, aches and headaches. All of my children see Dr. Andrea and we LOVE her!! She is VERY knowledgeable in her profession. The thing that really stood out to me were all the testimonials of the patients she's helped with very different health aliments, illnesses and/or pain. She has them lined up in her walls and it's just amazing how Upper Cervial Care can help so many different health issues. Her story on why she began her career in Upper Cervical Care was very touching. As a mother, she works very well with her younger patients. When my son was born, he began seeing her immediately. It helped with his colic and ear infections. Her office is also very kid friendly!! This was very important to my husband and I as we have 6 children and most often we all see her at the same time. She has a diaper changing area with diapers and wipes for those with small babies. She even provides refreshements like tea, water and snacks while you wait. This is very helpful for those with children as sometimes it's not always practical to have snacks on hand. My children ages 2-15 see her every other month and we fully trust Dr. Andrea and her care. When they have had sports injuries and when I've sprained my ankle she has helped adjust those problems areas as well. I can't thank Dr. Andrea enough for the care she has provided my family. As my husband states in his testimonial, "Dr. Andrea's care has been phenomenal."

Appointments are on time, easy to be seen within a few days and they care about your healing, about you!! Yes you have to change your eating, take supplements and change lifestyle to heal, but I found it easy with their help! They kept several pairs of frames I was interested in tucked away for me while I was trying to decide which one I liked the best, and they all helped give me their opinions on which pair looked best on me when I asked. No one ever rushed me, and there always seemed to be enough employees present to answer my questions. I also thought they had a great selection of frames, and they were willing to order in a frame in a different color if I wanted to see it. Bottom line is on this review: you will be a happy customer if you shop at Valley Vision Center!

I liked hansen but there were…read morefar too many billing mistakes & co pays i was told i was not responsible for but kept receiving bills for. My two insurance providers took care of it i was told. No one in billing can explain any charges to you. Wilma is supposedly in charge of billing and told me i wasnt responsible for the co pays but sure enough another bill would show up. I finally got frustrated, wrote a check for the outstanding balance they said i had & wont ever set foot in this place again. Keep in touch with your insurance company & make sure your charges are correct because you cant believe anyone in billing & get it in writing.
