Though the training is group based, the trainer Angela manages to cater to everyone's individual goals using the wide variety of equipment available. Note that this is not a standard gym, and offers classes only, but it's also enjoyable to have a social aspect to your workout. The equipment is all new and top notch, with punching bag, exercise bikes, rowing machine, stepper, elliptical, treadmill, power rack, bench and a variety of dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells. Can't recommend this place highly enough, not just because the price is excellent, but also because the people who work here are so friendly and great at their job.

Need I say more? The PTs can write you up a program and are always on hand to help when you can't quite remember how to do that burpie. Excellent boxing equipment and classes. Attracts a wide community (because of its great vibe and staff!), covering the macho dudes to the distinguished and refined. The trainers are very welcoming and will make sure you will feel at home, plus the initial assessment I got was very beneficial and insightful. Although I finish up out of breath and sweaty like a disgusting mess I enjoy the work out and the other people who come along. It's run by Collette who is really nice and doesn't yell at you! She is encouraging and friendly so I feel more comfortable coming back each session.
