The dishonesty, lack of integrity, and unprofessionalism displayed throughout the nine-month ordeal has placed a significant burden on my family. What should have been an exciting and positive home improvement project quickly turned into a complete nightmare. Despite our patience and flexibility, we were forced to endure prolonged absences from job site, repeated false promises, lack of leadership and direction, constant turnover in their crew, and consistently poor workmanship. We rearranged nearly every part of our daily lives to give O&E Remodeling every opportunity to complete the job they were hired--and paid in full--to perform. Even with that, they still failed to deliver. To make matters worse, several key tasks remain incomplete; major electrical work, cabinet painting and hardware installation, installation of mantle and shelves and multiple areas of unfinished surfaces throughout the project. These are basic, critical elements of the job that were left incomplete despite repeated assurances that they would be addressed. It is impossible to understand how this company believes its actions are acceptable or how it can show no remorse for the financial, emotional, and personal hardship it caused. At this point, the only responsible conclusion is that O&E Remodeling's services should be avoided. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

We hired Elbow Room to add an 8x16" nicely finished "shed"/extra space to our backyard…read more Communication was good from start to finish, from the initial visit with Pat, and then ongoing check-ins and project oversight from our project manager Matt. Matt was friendly, professional, and readily accessible by phone and text. Elbow Room handled all permitting and electrical in addition to the build itself. One small constructive criticism for Elbow Room: I think you can improve your post-build clean-up process to get up more of the small stuff. On our build the clean-up crew disposed of all the large construction scraps and material, but they overlooked a lot of small bits and pieces. We continued to find and pick up nails, screws, and other small bits of construction debris for a few weeks after everything was done. Would be nice if a very thorough site clean-up process could have gotten more of that. That's a minor issue though. Everything went smoothly and we're 100% satisfied with the quality and comfort of our finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to use Elbow Room again or to recommend them.
