I was asked ONCE over the phone for a credit card number. Lesley continued to be condescending and blaming me for never giving that information and basically refused to book my appointment if I didn't give her my card number. Personally after speaking to Lesley over the phone with her condescending and rude tone I was not comfortable providing this information. I was in the salon on Friday, 7/2/2021 and the front desk lady that checked me never asked for this information. If she did, I would gave it to her. As a salon owner please do not argue with your customers. Due to this experience over the phone I refuse to give her money or support her business. Customer service and professionalism is key. I hung up on Lesley, she called me back 20 minutes late and ended up canceling all my appointments due to this interaction with her. Overall, the ladies that do waxing and facials are wonderful!

There was also a person hunched over outside the door obviously high on drugs, not a good first impression. The salon was in need of a good cleaning, the rug mats inside were filthy. I was really questioning how this place was rated good. I got in a pedi chair (which later noticed water leaking from behind making the floor wet, potential hazard!) the older gal did an awesome job massaging and taking her time with my deluxe pedicure. The original younger gal came over saying she had a no show ( probably left seeing the place closed still) so she started on my nail fill at same time. It took an hour, appreciated getting out of there an hour sooner. She did great job shaping my nails exactly how I wanted and was good not to burn me. I left pleased about my fingernails and toes. Got off to bad start but I'd go back given the positive outcome and that's why the 4 star, not for their lack of professionalism or cleanliness. As long as the nail tools are sterilized I can get over the rest.

Lack of professionalism; not possessing a fraction of patience in considering problem resolution…read more Easier to cancel you than to assist. No problem taking my business elsewhere. Mother of the groom up do, and the photographer asks for us to come earlier. I tried calling to request for an earlier appointment. Without a receptionist I leave a message but decide to drive in. All stylists were with a client, but was asked if I had an appointment. I told them my situation, and they informed me my stylist wouldn't be available until my appointed time. I apologized as they were all with clients, but asked if they could call my stylist. They said no, the stylist was with her mom who has health issues and was only coming in for my appointment, but asked if I wanted to cancel. I said no, I'd figure it out. I received a text from the stylist saying she could cancel if I'd like. As I continued to see how I could coordinate with the photographer before responding, I then get a text from the salon stating that I was disrespectful and they were canceling my appointment. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't pleased they weren't going to take the time to call the other stylist as I had requested (but obviously they did do), but by no means was I disrespectful. I understand and wish the best for the stylist and her ailing mom, but it seems apparent the stylist didn't want to keep the appointment and the salon personnel are quick to cancel out of convenience. Poor people and business practice. I highly discourage future patrons
