She orientated us to the space and offered us beverages. The waiting area was intimate and welcoming. Amanda & Kimberly came out to greet us shortly after we arrived. They were both affable & personable. Once they assisted us to the space we briefly went over massage type & pressure preference. We enjoyed the intimate space and lighting. We were able to enjoy some much needed time just being present with each other as we sipped Prosecco during our foot soak. The local toffee we had were divine! The robes they provide are comfortable & great quality. I enjoyed my massage with Amanda. She had a great balance of fluid movement with firm pressure. We both thought the temperature of the table was just right & relaxing. I definitely felt myself falling asleep. My husband fell asleep. My husband enjoyed his massage with Kimberly. He said that she is skilled & worked out knots he didn't realize he had. He appreciated the amount of firm pressure she applied. He said he felt like he could do gymnastics afterwards & was pleased that he could feel the difference hours later. Our entire experience was rejuvenating. I had a gift card here and was assigned a provider based on the timing I wanted, essentially leaving my experience up to pure chance. I have to be full of luck because I was paired with Jonathan, who gave me the best massage of my life. In an hour he provided me with a comfortable, warm, welcoming, and absolutely incredible massage. He does firmer pressure, and I usually don't like firm too much, but I trusted his expertise and my body is happy I did!!! They have table warmers, keep the rooms warm, and have great atmospheric music - everything you want from a spa. read more

With that said, you knew last week that this technician was out and should have given notice to her clients for this week. You canceled my appointment one day before and during this holiday week, which makes it impossible to find an opening. I reached out to see if you had openings for Friday, as I leave Monday for my vacation, and they texted back that you were all booked and "have a nice vacation." As you have a very strict rescheduling and cancellation policy with fees for the client, you should value your clients time equally. Again if this was the day of her emergency, I could completely understand. You knew for a week. read more

Oh my goodness! I don't get massages very often, but I will be a regular here. First of all, their office is very accommodating and extremely helpful. I was greeted at the door and offered tea. The other lady in the wait room was a regular and said she loves this place. According to her the facials are excellent too. I was seen by Max who, I swear, was inside my head. He got all my problem areas and put just the right amount of pressure. He was extremely personable and I learned he works in the healthcare profession as well as in wellness. He is a true professional and I feel like I struck gold. During the visit I told him I had upper back pain, but during the massage I realized I was particularly tight in my lower back. He spotted this and worked equally in the areas. I left feeling extremely relaxed. Unfortunately not the best experience this time around. It was my 3rd massage here. I showed up to my appt about 5 min ahead of time. My therapist was at the front checking voicemails, not much of a greeting. No big deal. I did the intake paperwork and I was taken to the room shortly after. By the time I was set up on the table the therapist came in and started about 0920- it was for a 1 hour massage. She stopped right at 10. Massage itself was ok. Pretty disappointing. read more

The space was lovely as were the people...but the massage was pretty unremarkable. Clean and inviting atmosphere, I ended up drinking sparkling wine and eating chocolates between my massage and facial! Melody was my masseuse, she focused on my areas of interest and was great! I must say I was taken back on how amazing treating my face was! Gigi performed my facial massage and cleaning and that was nothing shy of an amazing experience! Dusti was very professional, explained everything every step of the way, and made me feel very comfortable. I have recommended this place to so many people, because out of all the services I've had here, I've been so impressed with every one. Dusti is an eyebrow wizard, and I'm extremely cautious about my brows being waxed. She is so so amazing, even with my sensitive skin. So knowledgeable, and nice! Jane is fabulous with lashes, and another one here who is knowledgeable and can handle even the most sensitive of skin. She is fast, efficient, and I always leave feeling like a million bucks! Tiffany, their aesthetician is amazing as well. So knowledgeable and helpful when I had horrible acne! She helped me clear it up naturally before our wedding. I've had massages from two of their massage therapists and they were both fantastic as well. I made an online appointment (I love online appointing!) for a Friday afternoon. I was driving from Mill Creek, and after preschool carpool shenanigans and other mishaps, I left way too late to make my appointment time. I called to cancel, and rather than charge me for the missed appointment, they were able to reschedule me to Saturday, because the massage therapist was willing to come in on what was going to be a day off for her. She ended up working in my friend for a massage that day as well. Upon arriving, I was welcomed and offered tea or water (the green tea was delish) and filled out my paperwork in a colorful lounge area full of paintings, photos, and jewelry for sale. They also have a resting room, with toned-down lighting, comfy chairs, and more minimal decor. Nicole was my massage therapist and she was excellent. I of course enjoy the relaxing aspect of massage but I need deep tissue, and she delivered! I was so relaxed, I dozed off for a few minutes. I left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. My friend also had a great massage. Nicole is a wonder! I was so grateful she came in when she wasn't schedule to work. The only thing I thought was odd was the candy everywhere, because I don't think candy is very healthy, not like I don't eat it, but that isn't worth taking off a star. I had a great experience at Blue Moon. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Gig Harbor, and will get a pedi, as well! read more

After a long weekend of snowboarding my back woke me up this morning in pretty gnarly pain. I'm not one to get many massages, but felt like that's what I needed. Using Yelp, I found this location in gig harbor and they had room to see me today. I got an appointment scheduled with Elton, and couldn't have been happier. I booked my appointment online (not sure if it was just down or what happened to Pippa G. Booked it on the 27th and had my appointment on the 29th). Was offered a refreshment as soon as I walked in the door! I went in for a sugaring service with Dusti for a Brazilian. If you haven't tried sugaring, I highly recommend it. I was in and out of there in no time. The spa is very nice and the ambiance is so relaxing. I will definitely be returning for sugaring maintenance and to try out the massages! read more

My husband gave me the ultimate spa experience for my birthday. It was a fantastic experience! Elton was my masseur, and gave me an excellent 90 minute massage. I felt so relaxed! Then I had a pedicure and a facial. I also got 6 red roses in excellent shape, 2 glasses of champagne ( and was offered more, but declined), and some large chocolate covered strawberries. Everyone was so nice, and the facility was calm and peaceful, without feeling too clinical. Excellent choices in music as well.
