We're paying for the pictures, so why cant we get what we want. There were 8 of us, so one person had to sit on an ottoman, and another had to sit in a chair to take the pictures. It was very ghetto. After viewing the images via Shutterfly I discovered some of the photos were missing. There are 25 and I'm sure the photographer took a lot more. We paid to receive ALL of the digital images. Lastly, our package included enhanced images, such as collages, I stood at the computer with an employee and selected what images I wanted to go where but none of the updates were saved because it's not reflected on Shutterfly. My family and I haven't taken family photos in 15 years and this was a horrible experience!

I will keep this simple and stick to the most recent points of interest for anyone considering using this company for their photography or videography needs. After negotiating an agreement for Paul to both record Video and Photograph an event in Washington DC, Paul dropped and broke his camera. He has held all photographs and video (it's been over a month now), demanding that we pay for his repairs. He sold packages at our event, and has with held these as well, deciding instead to attempt to illicit pressure from our clients to get us to pay for his carelessness in order to have what they have purchased released. Paul has threatened me for posting a negative review. However I do feel that people should be warned prior to using someone like this. There are so many quality photgraphers in the DMV that no one should have to subject themselves to someone who lacks integrity.
