He stayed in touch as to when he was starting and when he was finished, he sent me pictures of the completed job. I was very impressed due to the fact that I'm very OCD when it comes to lawn care on my yard, and Shawn did a great job. Shawn is very good with communication and is a great pleasure to work with. I checked online for the best plumbers who handle back flow preventers. The answer was Maston's Plumbing. I sent through online a request for a quote ragarding back flow preventer repair or replacement. Maston's Andrew came to the house the next day after setting up an appointment. Long story short it was not a back flow preventer problem. Thankful for Andrew asking some questions it turned out to be our water softener was the problem. Water softener was old and needed to be replaced. It was expensive to replace but it needed to be done. Dakota put in the water softener, great job. Also had facets replaced and some of the underneath parts replaced in a bathroom. I ordered the facets myself from Lowes. Dakota also did this job. All employees who worked for us for 2 days did an excellent job. I would give them all 5 stars.
