The package came already programmed and ready to go out of the box and literally took me 15 min to install. I am not technical at all by the way so thats saying something. And get this I didnt even have to sign a contract with them. There monitoring rate is 16.99 including the cellular technology which ADT wanted 47.99 for and an extra 199 for the cell equipment. Homeshield threw that in for free. I would recommend this company 100% they are a pleasure to work with. I am a Homeshield customer for life.

They sent an email, AN EMAIL, normally in the past I received phone calls and texts numerous times. When I called to complain because there was an actual break in attempt, the manager was so dumb- she transferred me to "Technical Support" stating she thought it was technical issue. Not sure how she thought it was a "Technical Issue?" Even the Technical Support guy, said this is not a technical issue. The manager acted like it was no big deal, that the alarm had gone off and that there was an actual break in attempt. These are the people they hire to be a manager. Poor! This is what you pay for, get an email and no phone call. This problem was Alert 360 issue for not calling the owner (me) to begin with but sending an email. Who reads their email 24/7, that is not emergency way of getting a hold of someone when an instant alarm is sounding at their home. This alarm is getting turned off after the house is sold. Waste of money, horrible manager with her lack of customer service skills and what exactly am I paying for when they don't even call me when there is an INSTANT ALARM that went off due to someone attempting to break in. DO NOT USE THIS ALARM COMPANY- HORRIBLE!!!!! I didn't even want to give them a 1 star.
