I could not be happier with the end product. It looks absolutely beautiful! They were timely, worked hard and did not come up for air. They were professional, courteous, respectful, and helpful. They were here 2 1/2 days & were willing to do anything I asked. The temperature & humidity were terrible but that didn't prevent them from doing the tasks at hand. Each evening they cleaned up the property & took away any debris. In the end it's beautiful & I am very pleased. I have her voicemail and would attach it here if reviews permitted that. I was told that I would receive a phone call prior to the movers arriving. I waited this morning and didn't receive one. Then I called was informed that the movers were there waiting for 45 minutes and that I was responsible for paying for that time they waited because someone wrote my phone number incorrectly. When I called, Ann said "normal people" would be where they are supposed to be. They decided to have three movers and NEVER informed me. They moved the same stuff from my old house to the storage with 2 movers. Costing me $77 more per hour more than anticipated. I didn't authorize an additional mover. The owner came to my house last time to give me a quote and left his business card. I have misplaced it (while moving) and Ann refuses to give me his contact info.
