He routinely introduced plants that were not asked for while not performing services that we asked for. Example: left with fish, waterplants, and other things that we had not asked for while the service we asked for (weeding, seeding, aeration) was never done. We asked for the water plants to be taken out and instead lopped off the top of the plants leaving the roots. 3 months later everything was back AND we paid for the labor both times. Great guy, but really doesn't check with customers first once he has you in a service contract.

When Bellingers was owned by Randy Bellinger , things were done right and taken care of responsibly . Since then , their service has lacked integrity and professionalism . We had new plantings in front of our house and asked that they not be over grown and on top of each other, but after 2 years of growth, they are all over grown into each other and looks a mess. They said it would not be over crowded !!! Wrong !!!!! We also had a 22 year old tree die on us , a red oak , due to the lack of responsible action by them. For the size of home and the explanation of needing upgraded materials or shingles to justify the $20k quotes. We called Wilkinson, got a quick quote, help picking out shingles, and it was scheduled on Friday for the following Monday. Talk about a miracle!! This was a Last minute roof, in Nov. on my son's house for sale. To say it was an excellent customer service experience is an understatement. Esther & Josh are very good with communication; and easy to get in contact with! My husband also got on the roof during tear off to see what all they were replacing; as we knew a couple of spots needed addressed. I looked at the reviews (all five stars) and decided to contact them to get an estimate. Andres responded in a matter of minutes and was onsite at my house providing an estimate within the hour. The estimate provided to install a new irrigation system was more than fair and extremely competitive. I told Andres I wanted to get a couple more estimates from his competitors and he understood. I was pleasantly surprised that Andres requested the opportunity to further improve his quote should a competitor submit a lower bid. The work done by AG Irrigation was completed on time with high quality and no additional cost or surprises. My irrigation system was quoted to be completed over the weekend and it was completed on time despite a lot of rain that Andres and his Team needed to work around that weekend. The Team finished the irrigation system on a Sunday because of an abundance of rain Friday and Saturday. Despite the rain setback to their schedule, AG Irrigation did not ask/charge extra for working Sunday because they committed to have the work done over the weekend. The irrigation system is extremely easy to use and works flawlessly. Andres and his Team aimed all sprinklers to my satisfaction, walked me through the configuration settings, and made sure all debris was cleaned up around my yard before they left. Andres even did a backflow test of the completed system and filed it for me with the city of West Lafayette for 2024. Finally, Andres reminded me of my one year warranty on the entire system and told me to call him directly if I experienced any problems. I could not be more pleased with the work done by Andres and his Team, and I know that I have increased my property value by $5000 - $10,000 by adding this irrigation system. I do not normally give Yelp or internet reviews of my service providers, but I feel compelled to do so for AG Irrigation because the work performed by Andres and his Team was outstanding.
