I have an old Gravely riding mower that is 'of a certain age' where it needs some tinkering each season. Andy has been extremely communicative when doing the seasonal tune-up to help me direct my money towards repairs that are the highest yield and the most pressing so that I have a largely incident-free mowing season. But when the old machine does act up, Zoll's support goes way beyond the confines of the shop, too. Just today, Andy talked me through a belt problem by phone so that I didn't even need to take my machine to them. Last year, he also talked me through fuse replacement and other issues that I could do by myself (and I am no mechanic!!). I cannot recommend Zoll's enough. It's a small family place that does excellent work, so you may need to plan ahead and set your expectations that repair turnaround might be a few weeks, but the result and the support is absolutely worth it.

Need a tree stump removed? Boom, gone. A pile of gravel moved? Consider it handled. Feeling stressed? Hop in, spin around a few times, and suddenly life's not so bad. They will pretend you aren't there and then be short and snappy once they finally do decide to help. Definitely wouldn't recommend doing business with this company in any of their locations.
