Todd was our primary contact; he was super responsive over email and text, and came out to give us a demo of the lights (installed in the cap of their demo truck). Scheduling was quick and easy (although that's probably because most people probably aren't thinking about holiday lights during the summer). Installation took the better part of a day, but was otherwise a breeze; the crew were friendly, kept everything tidy, and gave us a thorough demo of the controller app after they were done. As for the lights themselves: totally worth it! They're basically invisible during the day, and are super bright at night. You can customize just about everything about them; settings are changed via the controller app on your phone (yay no ladders!), which gives you complete control over the color(s), brightness, animations, and schedule.
