I contacted several balloon companies and while most of them either didn't get back to me at all or quoted me outrageous prices, Jasmina was the only one who was responsive and kind. We got on a phone call where she explained her prices and the process involved in making a balloon arch installation. She sent a proposal the same day and her prices are fair. I want to note that it takes houuuurrsss to build a single arch (I've tried it before and never again lol) and I know there's a balloon shortage too. Expect that any balloon arch won't be cheap, but boy do they make a statement! My bridal shower was boho themed and Jasmina was able to create the balloon arch of my dreams! I skipped the pampas and rattan peacock chair (which she can offer btw) to fit my low budget, but the result was still AMAZING. I called around several places and they were either not responsive or scheudle was a few weeks away and given that it was already the beginning of December it didn't work for me. She asked me to give her my address and she looked it up - marked up where the lights would go and provided a competitive quote and was out the next day. I could not have been happier. They gave us a polished, professional installation at a very reasonable rate. They were communicative, listened to our instructions, and helped us figure out what additional cords we needed. They even returned the next day to weatherproof the cords. My only qualm was that it was difficult to get in touch with them about taking the lights down. We were given multiple removal dates and eventually had to take some of the lights down ourselves, even though we had paid for full takedown service. Otherwise, we had a great experience and really appreciated the quality of the installation.

Issac was quick to respond and helped to share some sample photos as a reference. He came by in person for a quick consultation so that we could align on expectations and he thoroughly went over my options and answered my 100 questions. Because our roof line is asymmetrical I challenged Issac with how we could find balance and his creative solution was to install some up lights which paid off. I ultimately decided to only have the front of our house done because our neighbors are close by and felt that would be disruptive for them. The team was ready to install 1.5 weeks later and they did a great job at keeping the cords nicely tucked away where possible and neatly tacked. Further they offered an additional service to clean the gutters for an incremental cost which we opted in for as a double whammy.
