At our first session, I was immediately impressed with Dr. Isaac's knowledge and thoroughness in providing a comprehensive overview of his services including what chiropractors actually do and focus on (on your entire nervous system and not just your back). Even though after discovering Dr. Isaac was an out of network provider, I stayed. His thoughtful, transparent, and passionate approach convinced me that it was worth paying a bit more for him to guide me through my healing journey and bring me back to better health. My visits were always met with warm energy and an attitude that was focused on how I'm feeling and providing tailored tips or reminders for continuing my own care at home including suggestions for stretching, Wellness Way herbal supplements, and relevant information that I could also consider when working with my other medical and holistic providers. Another fabulous quality of his office is his wonderful assistant, Dené. She was always extremely kind, thoughtful and thorough when handling visits and insurance claims. She was always a light in my day and added to the warm and friendly environment there. In the end, Dr. Mooberry ran tests and found things that even my primary care physician was unaware of. This led us to specific remedies for me to consider and, most times, resolve with my primary care or other providers. I also started making Wellness Way recipes from the no sugar site online at his suggestion (honestly some of the best delicious and easy recipes). I was thrilled to find out she accepted the insurance and after talking to Dallas was even more impressed that she accepted the insurance! This tells me she's a caring individual and not in it only for the money! My initial meeting with Debra was wonderful! She is super nice and explained everything to me. The forms she had me fill out seemed kind of personal, but then when she explained why she asks for all that info it made complete and total sense and I had no problem providing the additional information. We went over a lot of information before the treatment. The treatment itself was amazing. I was a little nervous at first because I don't like needles, but am willing to try anything to help with trying to heal my back so I can get back into being active again! The way she did it I felt very little of the needles. She also used some essential oils which were wonderful as well. The whole experience was relaxing in the end.
