I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. John was excellent and payed super close attention to my progress. He spent a lot of time just stretching my shoulder. I never felt uncomfortable or concerned; John seemed to know exactly how far he could stretch it. I have full range of motion, which I didn't have prior to my surgery. I had my right shoulder replaced 10 years ago and saw a different physical therapist back then. I thought that therapist was ok but have learned that wasn't the case. I have way more range of motion in my left shoulder than my right shoulder. I feel that is all how John approached things. I am a rock climber and have had many people ask me about climbing after the surgery. My shoulder causes no limitations. I tell all of the people that ask that the right physical therapist is as important, if not more so, than the right surgeon. I definitely got lucky and got the right physical therapist. Even though there are many physical therapists between my house and Evergreen, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else if I needed to more therapy for anything. I have 100% confidence in John and the staff at Evergreen Physical Therapy.

I decided to try Elevations Physical Therapy after a colleague recommended this place and I am SO happy I did. Christian has worked magic on my shoulder with his dry needling and manipulation therapy of the muscle. He also spends the whole session one-on-one with me and gives me very doable exercises to do at home. He even provided me bands to use at home for my exercises.
