First off, the staff was hard to work with. I needed a machine for about 4 hours, and they were focused on a 24-hour rental. We left and came back and talked about a half day rental. That helped our plan and budget, still very expensive but it did help. But the real kicker came when I was charged a mysterious "after-use" fee that wasn't disclosed upfront. Nowhere on the rental agreement or in any communication was I informed that I'd be subjected to an additional charge after the equipment was returned. When I reached out to inquire about this, I was given vague, unprofessional responses and no valid justification for the extra cost. To make matters worse, when I asked about the charges, they pushed the blame off onto a third-party delivery company, claiming that's who was responsible for the extra fees. Shouldn't that be something under their control? I'm renting from them, not a middleman, and they took zero responsibility, instead blaming every other party involved. In short, this company is a scam. The service is terrible, and the hidden fees are an outright fraud. They refuse to take any accountability, and instead pass the blame off on others to avoid dealing with their own shortcomings. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. There are plenty of other rental places that offer better service, better equipment, and--most importantly--transparency in their pricing. We have just moved to the area and wanted to use all things local. Nice to know that one cannot use this rental business. We will never use them again and warn others!

I have been a long time customer of about 12 years plus,and I have had docks installed, bought a…read morewood boat from them and paid to refinish it several times. I referred them to neighbors I stored boats, and Ice houses with them in the past. I was totally ignored as I asked about dock install times, emails, texts to the owner, calls to the 99 office number. I even sold my boat and referred them for work on the boat. I did not receive call back regarding shore station replacement , install ETA times, or any other requests. I had to get someone else to install my docks this year. They don't care, and do not use them as they have too much business and have little concern to respond to customers.
