Lydia Jones is the manager and her choices as "management" are deplorable. She is unethical and morally questionable to say the least. Last year we moved into one of the homes and brought our newborn son straight from the hospital to this property. Later that night we found that there was a serious fire ant problem, several times I picked them out of his crib. We asked countless times for them to remedy this problem, to no avail. On our last attempt Lydia assured us they wouldn't bite our son even tho we ourselves were covered in bites. Our neighbors were awful and had at least 6-7 adults living there even to there was a 5 person limit on the lease this obviously created a parking problem, and we could never find a spot. The maintenance men were so untrustworthy and per the lease had the right to brake into your home if they needed to do work and you weren't there This already worried me and when one started bragging about doing and knowing how to make meth I was even more worried. When I moved in they knew we had dogs and it hadn't been a problem but I wanted to be sure what all the rules were and asked for a copy of the lease, they provided it, all but the page about the dogs. A few days later after we just paid the rent Lydia Jones knocked on our door when we answered she immediately started screaming at us saying that they were going to come into our home and take our dogs. When we said fine we will just leave and find a new place just give us our money back. she continued yelling and putting her hand in my husbands face getting very overly aggressive. I had enough and said we are leaving give us our money back she insisted that we weren't leaving until the end of the month and not only were we not getting our money but they were still coming to take our dogs. when we finally got her off our porch and started packing CPS and the cops showed up and tried to take our son because She had called them for absolutely no reason. She then said that if we didn't go talk to her were going to get arrested. My husband went to speak with her which really meant stand there while she screams for 5 minutes. After we found a new home we needed a proof of vacate to get our power turned on and she refused to give it to us leaving our 3 week old son with no power we went back the next day and she still wouldn't give it to us until we threated to contact the BBB. One year later we still are waiting for our money Lydia Jones you and your other employees Karla and Nick are terrible terrible people!

This company provided exterior painting for our home. The company was professional, timely, and…read moreconsistent until the job was completed. The paint job was completed with a smooth finish, they cleaned the work areas after completion, left the remainder of the paint for touch up if needed. We would use them again. This is a family-owned business and growing pains come with hiring. On site supervision is the key for any business. The cost was reasonable and comparable to the other estimates received.
