DO NOT MOVE HERE, NOT WORTH IT…read more I've lived here for a while now, and the number of issues I came across is actually ridiculous. 1) Getting in contact with the office is nearly impossible. From when I first moved in to the end of my lease. When calling the office, I've been put on hold and hung up on mid-hold, MULTIPLE TIMES. The office is RARELY UNLOCKED. They're always on break and never there. We've even had the door locked on us while walking up to it. 2) Maintenance requests barely ever go through. We've put up tons of maintenance requests, and there's been several times where the problem was never fixed. At one point we had BLACK MOLD on our bathroom ceiling and in our vents. It took them OVER A MONTH to handle it. Emergency maintenance takes DAYS. Our toilet started leaking like crazy and flooded the master bathroom and it took them 2 DAYS TO COME FIX IT. Our water heater broke in the midst of winter and maintenance took FOREVER to fix it. WE HAD TO SHOWER WITH FREEZING COLD WATER FOR 2 MONTHS STRAIGHT IN THE WINTER. 3) LANDLORD SPECIAL, HORRIBLE APARTMENT QUALITY. Everything is built with horrible quality and always breaking. The towel rack breaks like once a week. The garbage disposal breaks like once a week. The sliding screen door breaks like once a week. The closet doors break like once a week. The ceiling has bubbles and sometimes leaks. Horrible phone reception. The apartments are SUPER HOT IN THE SUMMER. Without blackout blinds or tint, good luck.
