Be ready for the heat but they do supply two large industrial-sized outdoor A/C cooling in the reception tent. There are 2 unisex bathrooms for your guests to use located in the main house. The main house is mainly used for staging small foods, getting the wedding party ready, or for small groups to hang out in. Most of the activity on this property is going to happen outside - plan for the elements. The grounds had awesome and beautiful landscaping and tons of space for a lot of activities. You've got open fields, seating, a fire pit, and a few small gardens. You can easily have a huge wedding here, a family reunion, or a large corporate event. The only limitation would be on-site parking. Great space and venue outside of Knoxville.
