Personally, I visit this location occasionally when my vehicle needs a thorough cleaning. I realize that in a small town, options may be limited, so I tend to be understanding when a stall isn't fully operational. I simply look for a stall that has a fully functional wand and brush.

You can keep pushing the button but it won't stop. You get to sit there and watch your credit card bill go up as you keep pushing the off button. You can call the number on the machine but they don't answer. Everyone needs to dispute their charges so that the credit card processor drops them.
