Each time I call for a repair they say they were just out but have no way of prooving it, no report, no sticker on door. Nothing. I called for a repair and it took them a week to come out and "assess" the repair and then do not call back to address the issue. When I called they told me the repair was scheduled a month from assessment date. I asked how they sold a service they cannot perovide and I was informed they only have one irrigation employee. I am still waiting on a call back and have called/emailed several times. I feel completely taken advantage of. We desperately need a repair done ASAP.

I had been a customer for around 10 years, never once looked elsewhere and then suddenly noticed they weren't servicing my lawn any more and that my grass was brown. They said they emailed me about not providing service and that I had opened the email acknowledging this. I have no idea where they are getting their information but I never received such an email and certainly never opened it. Apparently the prices doubled now. I still don't know if they just dropped me or notified me about the pricing increase because I didn't see any communication until I reached out asking where they were. I wish I had looked elsewhere prior because I found much better pricing than I had been paying very easily. Do not waste your time and money with this company. I also echo statements by others that they are rude - extremely.

Gary responded promptly and the plants he suggested took into account our sun/shade exposure and the fact our property does not have an irrigation system. His employees, Louis and Ihor, began work within a week and completed the entire project in one day. Both were very knowledgeable of the plants chosen and consulted with us as the work progressed and gave us care instructions for the new plantings. Gary followed up with us to insure we were satisfied. We've read the negative comments appearing on Yelp and can't believe we are writing about this same company! Our experience has been excellent and we have recommended them to a neighbor.

My father is probably chastising me from heaven!! Work was mediocre at best. So much confusion in regards to materials (how much was needed vs. actual order)! We had requested 2 of the 3 projects (new sod NOT being 1 of them) to be performed and guess what happens? On the 1st day of work, we were informed that new sod was on its way!! We don't regret the decision; however, this is an example of how the communication went. Last but not least, I receive an email from Gary last week regarding some political issue. Not appropriate! The old motto, "consumer beware" would apply in this case.
