Each time I call for a repair they say they were just out but have no way of prooving it, no report, no sticker on door. Nothing. I called for a repair and it took them a week to come out and "assess" the repair and then do not call back to address the issue. When I called they told me the repair was scheduled a month from assessment date. I asked how they sold a service they cannot perovide and I was informed they only have one irrigation employee. I am still waiting on a call back and have called/emailed several times. I feel completely taken advantage of. We desperately need a repair done ASAP.

Via email I commented that the price had increased and expressed surprise. In no way was my comment offensive rather it was a casual observation. However, the owner, Jeff King, called me to tell me he was offended by my comment and berated me. I told him that I was offended by the way he was speaking to me but he kept on. A couple of weeks later, Lawn King serviced my neighbor's property but not mine. I emailed Lawn King asking why they missed my lawn. The response was that they had cancelled my account! I pointed out that according to the service agreement they needed to give me 30 day notice of cancellation and I also noted that their price increase was not in accordance with the agreement. Again Jeff King called and left a voice mail message demeaning me and accusing me of refusing to pay which never happened. He spewed forth hateful remarks and untruths. This man is a belligerent bully and seems unhinged. Because of his behavior, I cannot recommend this company and would give negative stars if I could. What a horrible experience!

His employees, Louis and Ihor, began work within a week and completed the entire project in one day. Both were very knowledgeable of the plants chosen and consulted with us as the work progressed and gave us care instructions for the new plantings. Gary followed up with us to insure we were satisfied. We've read the negative comments appearing on Yelp and can't believe we are writing about this same company! Our experience has been excellent and we have recommended them to a neighbor.

My father is probably chastising me from heaven!! Work was mediocre at best. So much confusion in regards to materials (how much was needed vs. actual order)! We had requested 2 of the 3 projects (new sod NOT being 1 of them) to be performed and guess what happens? On the 1st day of work, we were informed that new sod was on its way!! We don't regret the decision; however, this is an example of how the communication went. Last but not least, I receive an email from Gary last week regarding some political issue. Not appropriate! The old motto, "consumer beware" would apply in this case.
