Once installed, they gave me a sheet of paper with maintenance instructions and left. 14 months later, that grass is all dead (although the rest of my lawn and all of my neighbors' lawns show no signs of trouble) despite it having been irrigated and fertilized throughout the year and during the recent drought. I called G&G and they recommended I call a different company to see why the grass died because they don't handle such matters, after observing that last year they used sod from a distributor they had decided didn't provide quality product. I've had 2 other lawn services come look at the lawn and they said there was scant evidence of chinch bugs. I feel like I've spent good money after poor advice and a poor product-either the choice to use St. Augustine or this company's sod, or both.
