Not once in the past six years have we ever had any issues with the school the kids love it here they enjoy the teachers and they enjoy making new friends every day. The interaction is awesome and the teachers make sure to do a good job of keeping the parents updated on what they're doing every day. My wife and I also got married at this church and we attend church year. They try to serve breakfast at least a couple times a month to really keep the community together. The church is very proactive and do a lot for the community I'm very proud to have me and my family members here.

I was talking with her teachers and preschool director about this for a few months because it was only worsening. The teachers were extremely rude and their only advice to me was that we had to have play dates with the other families/children from class. How was this the only solution and why was this required in order for my daughter to enjoy and thrive in school? Finally one day at home, my daughter told me that "my teachers at school hurt me" and she showed my how they hurt her -- grabbing her arm hard. We immediately withdrew her from school. Not only did we have a major struggle integrating my daughter into a new preschool since she was scared to death being in a classroom environment, but she still thinks about her horrible experience there and told us out of the blue 6 months ago that "my mean teachers kicked me" and she demonstrated that to me. Kids don't have the ability to make this stuff up..!!! What is most upsetting is that we were members of this church and the pastor told my husband "we have never had complaints about these teachers". Well good for you!!!! After we stopped going to this disgusting church and preschool, our daughter eventually healed and we got her back again!! She went to an absolutely amazing new preschool who helped her become less scared of school and she got her excitement back again for going to learning!! She made tons of friends at her new school, learned a lot, and loved going! My biggest regret was not taking her out of Peace Preschool sooner.

My child developed significant behavior issues because the staff was often favoring their own children who attended at the same time over kids whose parents did not work at the center. Staff children were rarely held accountable and tended to bully other kids. I agree with the previous reviewer regarding the director. She is very unprofessional, does not want to take accountability for issues and tends to blame the child or parent. J's demeanor is very passive aggressive and unpleasant, she is slow to respond to issues from parents. There is very little diversity among staff and children. I've seen kids exclude other children because of their skin color and staff refusing to address issues of racism among children. I don't recommend it.

Our infant was averaging 3 accident reports a week (see my husband's review and profile photo of a black eye and mark on his forehead which he suffered during the morning at the school. We were not alerted about this until the afternoon. On the same day they sent home his lunch untouched.) The school director in her email to our family after this series of problems cracked the following joke and wrote in her email "I hope he is sleeping peacefully and ate a full dinner." School leadership was unprofessional and bullying toward our family, and upon further investigation we found MANY families who had recently left or been "asked to leave" due to the mismanagement of this childcare facility. Being a "true" Montessori does not excuse unprofessional behavior and safety concerns of our child. The director herself is not AMI certified. Another family had their child receive the wrong mother's breast milk and the director made a joke about this incident as well. Many negative reviews have been removed due to similar complaints and at least two of the reviews still active are from board members of the school who's children no longer attend.

We toured Casa because we wanted a bilingual environment for our baby...but Casa is so much more than that. I get updates in their app throughout the day (with the cutest photos), I talk to the maestras at pick up, and I'm always so impressed by how well they know my baby and pay attention to his cognitive, emotional, and physical growth. They are constantly putting out new curriculum and there are lots of celebrations and theme days that we have a lot of fun with. I cannot say enough good things about the teachers and staff. They truly love the kids. I'm also convinced my son eats better meals than me there!

They even supply a set of booths for them to have their special meal. The pickup process is a bit slow and needs to be revisited, but over all a great place to learn.
