GREAT REPRESENTATION! -he is efficient with his time -the man knows his sh*t when it comes to the law and gets straight to the point (time management again) -great with explaining the options available to you -will clarify and explain the judicial process for you should you have any questions regarding your case and upcoming hearing dates -well prepared on the case you have tasked him with -great sense of "reading the room" and sticks to the point and the law as it would relate to you and your particular situation/circumstances I had minimal "talk time" and correspondence with Mr. Shmuir for my particular case (LTB) approx 14 months from when I first retained him to when we attended my hearing date,(your situation may be more complex and require more correspondence or calls, and that's okay!) Rest assured though, once you hire him, he's got you covered. He is well organized and after that 14 month waiting period for my hearing date, he showed up well prepared and I had no need to remind him of my desired remedies, he knew and remembered exactly what I wanted. I sent out a few emails inquiring on updates over those 14 months and Mr. Shmuir was quick to respond to, always professional, understanding and kind in those responses.
